I found this piece interesting because of how many different mediums were used and their corresponding symbolic meanings. She uses a lot of whips in her artwork as a power element and diamonds and jewels to represent the embellishments of the religious churches. Her whips also reflect on the ongoing wars in the world and speak to violence.
